The Ecrater checkout process uses PayPal, one of the most trusted online payment solutions on the web. Because of this, Ecrater has all the same securities and payment fraud protection as PayPal.com. Before entering any personal credit card information, you will be transferred to PayPal's secure servers. PayPal accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Diners Club. You may also make payments using your bank account, but this may delay your order.

Since the end of October all order for the USA are shipped for free with fast EMS post service. All American customers can enjoy a fast delivery between 7 and 9 days from the shipment !! For any other country we ship for free with fast Hong Kong post. More expensive and faster than China post. We try our best to ship within 24/48 hour from receiving the payment. The delivery of the parcel depends on the efficiency of your local postal service. Arrival time may vary between 10 days and 20 days after shipping. After the shipping we will forward you the parcel tracking code that you can check on your country postal service website. For example American customers can check the tracking code on www.usps.com. Most of the orders are shipped in 48 hours from your purchase, some orders in 24 hours or just after few hours. We ship on Sunday too, not on Saturday because the couriers express services are closed in China and Hong Kong.
